SOUL SPRING Thai Spa (luxury spa) was founded by Julieth Mbowe who's a strong advocate in creating a high-quality spa experience in the Heart of Masaki, only a few steps away from Slipway Hotel. MEET THE FOUNDER of SOUL SPRING Thai Spa:
Julieth Mbowe is the HEART of this luxury spa experience and she's not solely a business owner Mrs. Mbowe has been married for 5 years and has two beautiful daughters. She's created this rejuvenating & relaxation business in 2019 so that her daughters can be influenced at a young age in the power of education, strength of a woman's heart and their mother pursuing her dreams against all odds; female oppression in East Africa.

A few words from Julieth, "I am the first born in my family with two younger sisters and presently married with two girls. Education was a priority in my family while growing up in a home of five people. In 2016 I graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of Dar es Salaam and in 2019 I decided to follow my passion in beauty, wellness and health care. My personal passion is to help women feel good about themselves and this motivated me to create SOUL SPRING Thai Spa in Masaki. I believe being my own boss sets the standards high along with expectations to be the best version of myself and my professional actions will reflect upon others especially my staff, family and future clients. I want to inspire other women and young girls out there to set goals, aim high and that dreams can come true! With me being self employed I can achieve financial independence which is extremely rare for an East African woman living in the continent of Africa. And it gives me the platform to support other people in the community; empowering other women, revenue for businesses to flourish and motivate people around me that dreams are real. Through my business of Soul Spring I have the opportunity in doing business with a lot of people from around the world and this opportunity broadens my experiences of people, different range of communication skills as well as increasing my creativity in skin care."
